Maintenance and Support

The basic objective of technical support is to provide high availability of information and communications equipment, optimisation of maintenance costs, regular HW and SW upgrades and optimal equipment operation.

Technical Support Centre provides various services, generally divided into warranty services, post-warranty support and additional services.

The main objective in providing standard services is the quality installation and providing of solutions from planning and organisation to implementation and network integration.

Standard services include installation, installation supervision, commissioning and integration. Kontron MK can also provide advanced services (site survey, project documentation, customisation and integration, support in the CPE installation process, activation of SW licenses).

Usually, standard and advanced services represent the service package provided by Kontron MK to its customers in connection with equipment delivery.
