Protection of personal data

KONTRON DOOEL Skopje takes care of the protection of personal data under its jurisdiction in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and the regulations issued by the Personal Data Protection Agency. For this purpose, KONTRON DOOEL Skopje adopts bylaws that specifically implement the protection, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining the security of personal data.

The Personal Data Protection Policy of KONTRON DOOEL Skopje contains the principles and guidelines for achieving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data. Through the established technical and organizational measures, the confidentiality, protection and security of personal data is ensured, which is based on the methodology of established processes for assessing the impact of personal data protection.

CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA
is a natural or legal person, a state authority or another body, which alone or together with others determines the purposes and manner of processing personal data. Within the framework of performing its activities, KONTRON DOOEL is the controller, and when processing data it acts exclusively and in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring an adequate level of protection and security of personal data. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
is a person authorized by the controller to monitor the implementation of the personal data protection regulations and to ensure compliance of operations with the principles of personal data protection.

KONTRON DOOEL respects the privacy of personal data subjects and collects, records, processes and stores personal data lawfully, transparently and fairly, in accordance with legal regulations and the legal bases established therein. Personal data is collected for clear, specific and legitimate purposes and will be processed only in accordance with those purposes. We process personal data in order to efficiently provide the requested service, fulfill the concluded contracts, fulfill legal obligations, report side effects, send notifications and respond to your request in the most efficient way.

In doing so, processing is limited only to those personal data that are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed, i.e. the volume of personal data is minimal.

PRINCIPLES FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA that we are guided by are:

  • Personal data shall be processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
  • Personal data shall be collected for specific, explicit and lawful purposes and processed in a manner consistent with those purposes.
  • Personal data must be relevant, adequate and not excessive in relation to the purpose to be achieved by their processing (minimum data volume)
  • Personal data shall be accurate, complete and, where necessary, kept up to date, and all appropriate measures shall be taken to erase or correct the data, taking into account the purposes for which they were collected or processed (data quality).
  • Personal data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject, for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data were collected.
  • Personal data is processed in a manner that ensures an appropriate level of security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing.

 

THE RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECTS OF PERSONAL DATA are the following:

  • to be informed about the processing of their personal data
  • to access their personal data and
  • to supplement, amend, delete or request the cessation of the use of their personal data

KONTRON DOOEL, Skopje stores your personal data until the expiration of the legal retention period, i.e. until the moment of existence of a legitimate interest or the given consent.

KONTRON DOOEL has the right to amend this document containing information on the processing of personal data, in accordance with changes in the regulations for the protection of personal data.
